Great computer, not bad value but...
The computer is great. Below are some of my observations. * The computer itself is new however the box is open and the base computer has been upgraded * The specs of the computer are what the listing says * The accessories are okay as they are cheap products. That being said they all do work. * The 128GB flash drive is NOT 128GB but rather and 8GB drive (even though it registers as a 128GB drive) * Microsoft Office was pre-installed and thus if needed I cant re-install after a re-image of the computer * I question weather HP will honor the warranty as the system has been opened by a non-HP technician * The performance of the machine is on par with what I expected given the specs Overall the value is there as I did not have to purchase the upgrades and upgrade the computer myself. Final thought: Would I but one of these systems again with the "Sale" price being what I paid for it? Maybe. Do I think the value of the included accessories and upgrades are worth it? Only if I'm no paying over $2000 for it, yes.

NOT NEW
I received what was clearly a used Laptop. No mouse or USB extender in the box. Only a thumb drive. Cords weren't neatly wrapped but just stuffed in the box.
