Excellent knife for larger cuts. Edge remained sharp through several uses and still going strong. Good value for the price.

Top not quality for the price
The item is sturdy for professional Butcher cutting. Each and everyone of my meat cutting butcher colleagues are impressed with this knife. It’s 12” large size is just right for cutting the most prominent meats: Beef, pork, chicken, lamb and all seafood! I used it for 3 months before having it sharped. Be sure to order a good quality diamond steel the routinely realign the blade.

Best bang for the buck
Being a meatcutter in a local grocery store I sharpen my Knives everyday. The ergo holds the edge easily through the day and is a little nicer then the Dexter. The balance is a tad off. And thats really my only complaint

Cut meat as if it was butter
I wasn't sure about this kife because of the price when I looked at lots of knife and I took a chance on it with Amazon return policy I am pleasantly happy with this knife I cut up a brisket trimmed it up cut up a hold ribeye steak among other things this time is extremely sharp and works really well and it really feels good in your hand can't beat it for the value and price

If you are looking for a butcher knife, this is it.
It's nice. It has good length good, handle good, quality cutting especially for big rib eye roast and large pieces of beef. Very happy with it.

SUPER Butcher's Knife
I needed a LARGE Knife for Cutting things like Whole Chickens and Watermelons. Check & Check-Mate. It was sharp and ready to use when it arrived, I sharpened it a just bit more and it Performs Excellently at Every Task!!!!
