Pure garbage, industrial waste with no value to 'nasal dilation' whatsoever.
The worst product of ANY KIND I have ever seen in my life!!!!!!! They are 4 identically uselessly tiny bits of plastice that are as flexible as wet kleenex, impossible to get into one nostril let alone remain in two, without any strength or retention of shape whatsoever. Despite the very fraudulent 'training' in the Amazon page, and there is nothing in the already open and torn box they came in to suggest how use them, bending them to 'fit any nose' doesn't have any effect of their shape whatsoever. Pure garbage.
