Even after plaster removal normal shoe wear was impossible for many weeks. Okay its not a fashion item but who cares when limping around. The straps are totally adjustable with Velcro. Fits snuggly and comfortably. Not suitable for driving though. Hopefully I will not be needing this again but it stays safely in the back of the wardrobe in case. Not just for silly accidents either, post operative foot surgery patients will benefit from this shoe. Well worth the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job *by A***R on 10 June 2022* Bought for an elderly lady with badly swollen feet and is resident in a care home so not much walking involved. Only had for 2wks so cannot comment on durability. Some review(s) have indicated sole of the sandal can split but would depend on usage conditions. The lady has found it comfortable with the adjustable straps. The sizing was confusing but managed to get the right one first time.
