Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect with this, but I’ve been using Burn i3O GLP1+ for a few weeks and it’s been solid. My appetite’s definitely gone down, I’m not constantly thinking about food like I used to. It gives me a nice, steady energy too without any jitters or crash plus i’ve been pairing it with my workouts and eating cleaner, and I can already see a difference in how I feel and look. and i noticed it helps with metabolism and blood sugar. It’s not some magic pill, but if you stay consistent, it really does help keep you on track. Super happy with it so far.

I've gained weight! More cravings than before!
4 weeks in, and no change. I've actually gained weight! There is no appetite suppressant at all. In fact, I feel hungrier now than I did before. My cravings, especially for sweets, have dramatically increased which is obviously very unhelpful. Don't waste your money.

I didn't notice any change. Maybe is should habe given them more a month, but I didn't because I didn't notice any changes

It seemed like I was eating less/less cravings for the first week but now the next two weeks i’m STARVING after I take it!! wtf? I am eating so much more than before.

Great appetite suppressant
I haven’t lost a ton of weight with this product however it is fantastic for curbing your appetite, especially in the morning when I’m working and I don’t have time to eat a full meal. It keeps my appetite at bay and I noticed I have less cravings during the day. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ve lost a ton of weight but that is the one benefit to the supplement is its ability to suppress your appetite
