I recently had an Arterial Cervical Diskectomy, the pillows I had weren't enough support. So I started stacking it was better but not good. Since I was home recovering, I let my fingers do the walking through the Amazon pages. I'm an avid review reader. I'll read reviews before I look at price. I love everything about this pillow, the reviews are right on point. It cradles my head with the right height (the thicker side) and support for my neck when im sleeping on my back. I spin it around for side sleeping. It's cooling technology is so comfy, the pillow case is very soft. I can't say enough about this pillow. I unboxed it when it was delivered to let it plump up and I didn't notice any smell at all. I've recommended it to a friend and told him if he didn't like it I'll buy it from him and pay double. That's how confident I am. It's a must have for pain relief in the shoulders, neck, and migraine headaches.

I've tried so many pillows over the years, but this one is a game changer—especially for side sleepers like me. Right out of the box, there was no weird chemical smell, which was a relief. The materials feel high-quality and durable, not cheap or flimsy like others I've purchased in the past. It comes tightly rolled up in a bag and in the box. After taking it out of the bag and letting it expand for a few hours, it was ready for use. As a test, I started by taking a nap on it, which provided the results I was looking for. What really sets it apart is the support. My neck pain has noticeably improved since I started using it, and I wake up without that stiff, sore feeling I used to get. It keeps my head and neck in proper alignment all night without flattening out or losing shape. Plus, it doesn’t trap heat—I don't wake up feeling sweaty or uncomfortable, even on a warm night. I absolutely love this pillow. Such a game changer for me. I can actually sleep on my side without shoulder pain. I can’t say enough about how comfortable this pillow is. Love it also when sleeping on my back which has been my norm forever. But since I snore so much I needed to start out on my side and this is the only pillow I have ever owned that doesn’t hurt my shoulder. Just was I could find a loose fitting pillow case with a zipper on it. I’m going to start searching for that now.

5/5 This is by far the firmest and most consistently supportive pillow I’ve ever purchased. I am a side sleeper and often end up with my pillows stacked or folded over as I try to find a comfortable spot. This pillow provides the height and stability I’ve been searching for and I’m very pleased to have found it. I love: • Pleasant cooling sensation against the skin, even after laying down for some time. This is wonderful for these hot summer nights especially. • So much support! The pillow doesn’t wilt, sink, or crush when I’m sleeping. • It works in multiple sleeping positions. I fall asleep on my side, but sometimes lay on my back. This pillow accommodates all the sleeping positions. • Plenty of cushion to keep comfy. Some extra-firm pillows feel like sleeping on concrete, but this one cradles me to sleep every night. • Perfect height to for side sleeping. No more face to the mattress. • Lightweight and portable. I’ll be taking it on future flights. • This will end neck pain and soreness/muscle cramps overnight. Important to know: • This pillow fits pillowcases designed for cervical neck pillows, which are often deeper than ordinary cases. I’ve also been able to use a king pillowcase and one designed for my body pillow. Ordinary single/twin/queen cases don’t fit. • Pillow-cover unzips for spot cleaning but cannot be taken off the pillow. It's intended as a cooling liner, not a pillow case.

It is neither uncomfortable, nor comfortable. It does not squish or give. If your goal is for a straight spine with head resting approx 4in from mattress all night, I recommend. This might be a me-problem, but I realized I prefer a large plush pillow that softly cradles my neck and head like a cloud. This pillow is more similar very dense memory foam. Also standard pillow covers do not fit. I recommend a King pillow cover and tuck in the ends.

This pillow is amazing. I used to wake up 2 or 3 times every night because my pillow was too hot and I had to turn it and re-scrunch it to get it right and my neck was always stiff from cervical arthritis. With this pillow there was no smell, I slept through the night from Day 1, I stay cool and my head doesn't seem to have moved. I wake up to no stiffness. It seems to work well for side and back sleeping. I wish is there was an extra pillowcase available to purchase as you really need to sleep on the one that is on it to benefit from the coolness. I highly recommend it. It is well made, seem to be a good quality pillow and I noticed the difference the first night.
