I love to cook, but standing on our hard tile floor for an hour or two would just kill my lower back and feet. I kept seeing these anti-fatigue mats and finally decided to try one. I am SO glad I did. It’s like standing on a firm, supportive cloud. It has the perfect amount of "squish" to it—it's comfortable but you don't feel like you're sinking. I put it right in front of my sink where I do all my prep work, and the difference is night and day. No more aching feet after doing a mountain of dishes! It also wipes clean super easily, which is a must in my messy kitchen. Seriously, one of the best small purchases I've made for my home.

I put a little area carpet down there but it constantly slid around and was basically ineffective. This mat is PERFECT!!! It protects the carpet and does not slide around much at all. I bought a second one to place in front of the reclining loveseat for when he sits there. And these are SO comfortable to stand and walk on!
