Very good product, even though is flavorless it's good to keep weight for people that have a gastric tube.

This a light gentle and complete nutritional formula, it is gentle on my baby's tummy and does not make him throw up or disturb his stomach. A little pricy so i am not sure we can continue to use it for a long time but for the time being it is working well for us.

Im writing this bad review not because of the product or the seller but of shipper Ama can't say their name they won't let me post this. And hopefully something is done about it because they have told me they would not file the complaint for me I had to do it here, no contactinformationfor the seller. I order this every week for my husband that needs it. Three times now I confirmed Ama has shipped me the wrong one they send me the one for kids, not the seller. Its not the company, its Ama I confirmed this with them. My husband needs this for nutrition hes 180 pounds, so the Kids stuff does not have the adequate nutrition for an adult, it's for kids is some of you are wondering who cares just keep it its more expensive. Its not what I ordered or paid for. I sent a dispute with Ama with pictures showing them 4 times I did not here back when they stated I would after they review the pictures. They can see on my account I've never ordered the kids stuff but I have it because they sent the worng one. My husband is then without his food because they send me the wrong stuff and this stuff isn't cheap every week. I have to reorder it and waste my time every time to dispute it. The way I have been treated by Ama and my husband's health being put at risk several times and having to jump through hoops to get it fixed is not okay. I am a business account with them, spend thousands of dollars each month and have for over 13 years. Its getting bad. I have shown proof im not frauding them and being a business account, the amount of money I spend with them is unprofessional. They need to do better or I will take my business to the manufacturers themselves for all my orders which we have already been doing for stuff. They are making it that much easier to make the final transition that we have because of their short comings anf allowing bad sellers on here. So I hope Ama reads this and files the complaint or the seller does. Sorry seller they made anf told me to use your review site to file a complaint because they wouldn't anf there was no where to contact the seller of there is one.
