No real smell, and for baking it is a good value for your money. ### ⭐ Very difficult to mix with water and does not cook properly. *by C***X on 2 December 2025* This would not mix properly even with a powered mixer. Attempted to use for scrambled eggs after mixing as best as possible with 1 cup egg to 1 1/2 cup water as directions said. Just sat and boiled rapidly and after 5 mins total was reduced with no sign of egg cooking even at high heat. Rest went in trash can quickly. This was my experience so just passing it on for others info. I may have done something wrong but after reading instructions a few times but I fail to see how. I have used liquid eggs and substitutes before with success however I failed badly with this item.
