When I first had it installed I put a vinyl cover on the bottom of the door because I have a TNR Trap Neuter and Release Cat that stays in my garage over night. I didn’t want him damaging this brand new door. Unfortunately the adhesive cover peeled and left a very sticky residue that turned black over time. I tried so many things to get it off the door. Various adhesive removal sprays alcohol vinegar. I used a scraper; very little or nothing came off. I bought this product and sprayed it on. I waited a couple of minutes and wiped it off with very little effort with a dry rag. I couldn’t believe how easy the residue came off!! I am sorry I didn’t try this stuff sooner. This 3M adhesive remover is now my go to adhesive remover because of ease of use and the end results.
