Works well, but shipping is a snore. Takes long to ship is all. Still, a good energy boost.

I bought these as I am a courier and get tired later in the day, I was a bit sceptical at first but after a few times using them I started to see the difference and stopped being tired and had more energy when I needed it at the back end of my shift. I would recommend these if anyone was to ask and will be buying more.

They do work, however for someone who loves coffee, it's not great as the main ingredient is caffeine. I had it on one hour and decided to take it off. I think everyone is different so it might help someone who doesn't drink coffee on a drip. I won't give up coffee for a patch and I have a high tolerance for caffeine. My tip would be if you don't drink coffee, they might work for you. I might try the dopamine ones ๐ค

I didn't really think that these were going to work.However, they do help me to stay focused and give me energy to clean the house and to do things.So I do buy these monthly now

Did not really notice any difference. Not to mention, my intention was to buy the dopamine version, and this packaging and advertisement looks almost identical.
