Great plants, arrived well packed, each plant was inside a plastic bag loosely held by an elastic band, had been watered so the plants hadn't dried out, good healthy roots, absolutely delighted with them 👌

It's lovely plants. It arrived on time..BUT I've given 4 stars due to very poor packaging. Even if it was put in separate plastic bags(luckily), each pant was in different angle so once I took it out, 1 plant got completely loose because it was packed upside-down! So the pant fell out of the soil and pot! I m not sure why each plant/pot was pacted that way - it was not safe for the plant. I'm still having it in pots as I'm awaiting if the plant will grow. The other two are fine.

One hosta in a good state, one not too good, one very poorly and damaged. Is that good enough ? No. One very disappointed customer.

Received bare roots instead of plants which I wasn't expecting and have rechecked the product listing and no mention of this. Had I have known I would have waiting until seedlings were in stock or skipped the purchase as I'm not confident with bare roots and don't have the space indoors to start them off. I have potted them up but so far no signs of life...

There were two of the same plants and no labels. Packaging was otherwise fine, though on opening, some insects came out - I believe a nest of small spiders has formed on one of the leaves. Most leaves were with holes and damaged - as others said, I would have not picked this up at a garden center. Poor purchase/value for money.
