Review: Dal Masala by Shan has an ultimate flavor and imparts great taste to almost anything you make out of Toor or chana dal. It's a raw blend (spices bluntly ground and not a complete powder) of all the spices we Indians use in the "tarka" and hence I use this masala while giving tarka to various dals. Dal fry is the best one when added with this masala. Great taste. And a must buy! And can be used almost everywhere!
