This touchscreen monitor is heavier, has a wall mount, and is better suited for stationary applications than those looking for portability. It took me some time to figure out the port assignments and external device functions, but well the after-sales response was prompt and patient, and I'm overall satisfied.

The touch display works quite well, but I don't know if it's because of factory direct sales, the manual is not designed to be vivid and simple enough. But after-sales customer service kind of makes up for it, overall it's a good shopping experience!
