Terrible product
This pillow is a joke. I have had it for two weeks and still can't use it because it smells so bad (strong chemical stench). Plus it is shipped compressed and is supposed to fluff back up after exposed to air. It was a solid lump for a week before I started to pull it apart myself (while the stuffing was inside the protective casing). This took days. The foam looked like something left on the floor then swept up. Many pieces have something like paper or plastic glued to the back of them, making them hard on one side. Very strange! This is definitely not worth the money you will pay for it. Beware!

Good, but too heavy
I think this has decent quality, yet it way too heavy for people to carry, particularly for the ones that have the lower back issues this is, at least partially for them. We found that when using this for support while watching TV, reading or eating from a hospital type bed table, this just doesn't do the job. However, the main issue is the weight.
