05483 Heavy Duty Pro-Strength Degreaser, 20 Wt Oz

Did a great job degreasing my 2000 7.3L diesel engine charge pipe. It was super greasy. I used a combination of a brush and rags to clean it up. I then sprayed the components with WD-40

I bought four cans of this degrease and used three. The foaming nature of this degreaser allows it to have longer dwell time. I bought it to to degrease an old 1980's Jet 35-Ton hydraulic press that came out of a dairy farm. The press had leaked since probably the 90's and was NEVER cleaned. To say it was covered with grease and grime is an understatement. It literally was the nastiest piece of equipment I've ever purchased by far. I wanted to try this degreaser without a pressure washer to see how well it would work. What I can say is it worked VERY well. Other than some extremely baked/caked on dirt, it got the press very clean. I'll be keeping a can around going forward for degreasing equipment. For the price, it's a good value in my opinion. It got the job done and more than met my expectations. When I paired it with my hot water pressure washer, the results were even better. However, I realize a lot of people won't have one of those, so I wanted to focus my review around the worst-case scenario, and this product delivered.

This degreaser is an excellent product from a brand I trust for automotive use. The large sized bottle comes with a generous amount of product, so it lasts much longer than other degreasers I’ve tried in the past. I’ve even seen this brand used at mechanic shops, which is what initially convinced me to try it myself. It’s very effective—after years of oil leaks, it allowed me to clean up my engine bay thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this degreaser to anyone looking for a reliable, professional-grade, good valued product.

Does what it says. A bit of a scent but it’s a cleaner not an air freshener.

Works great for cleaning and degreasing. Strong formula that cuts through grease effectively.
