We've paired our popular Half Sheet with a custom nesting, oven-safe, nonstick grid. Ideal for crisping, roasting or broiling, the grid doubles as a cooling rack for baked goods as well. Baked goods rise and bake evenly due to aluminums superior heat conductivity and the reinforced encapsulated steel rim prevents warping. The included nonstick grid lifts food off the pan surface, allowing air to circulate, creating crisp finished products with ease. Pan exterior dimensions 17.9 x 12.9 x 1 inches and interior dimensions 17.1 x 12.1 inches. Grid measures 16.9 x 11.5 x 0.9 inches. Easy clean up, hand wash only. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Made in America of domestic & imported materials & components.

The size is ideal for baking, and the quality is outstanding. When baking cookies (without using the rack), I got no burnt bottoms, and the cooking was very even—no hot or under-cooked spots. On another occasion I used the included rack to cook bacon, and it came out crispy and delicious, with the grease drained away nicely and the bacon elevated for even browning. What I especially like: The roomy half-sheet size gives plenty of space for a full batch of cookies or bacon strips without overcrowding. The materials: cast-aluminum construction with a reinforced rim gives excellent heat distribution and prevents warping. **Q: Made in USA?**
A: Yes, this product is made in the USA.

**Q: Can I use the rack to roast at high temps?**
A: The rack has a coating and the small print says do not use above 400 degrees. I had to buy another uncoated rack for high temp roasting.

**Q: Is the Deluxe edition heavier gauge or better quality?**
A: I don’t think so. The sheet pan quality is excellent. The deluxe part is I guess the oven rack. But the rack is not made by Nordic ware and is covered in a cheap non stick coating that is only oven safe until 400. I ended up having to buy a better quality rack that was stainless steel and oven safe to 500.

**Q: Is it the same size as other nordic half sheet baking pan? will my nordic lid fit?**
A: The pans are a standard size.  There shouldn’t be any problems.

I’ve used the Nordic Ware Half Sheet with Grid (17.9″ × 12.9″) in aluminum and couldn’t be happier. The size is ideal for baking, and the quality is outstanding. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pan without nonstick coating.

Great pan. I oil it before I use it but if anything does stick a little baking soda and hot water soak and everything washes off easily. It doesn't bend at high temperatures. The rack is oven safe however you must remove the little "feet" it comes with and the max oven temp is lower than the pan because it has a nonstick coating on it. Overall a great quality and exactly what I was looking for.
