Great price , high quality Bob's Red Mill chickpea flour .
Excellent price . Bob's Red Mill stuff is good . I use a little of this chickpea flour to help hold my homemade falafel together . Quality , fresh chickpea flour . Just right fine flour texture .

Gluten free baking option
Gluten free option arrived fresh baked well. Like trying new trendy recipes and found IG recipe that called for this. Always looking to add non meat proteins in meals and love organic chickpeas. Love the Bob’s Red Mill organic brand and have rarely been disappointed. Smelled fresh.

Good for socca snack cakes
Wanted to try my hand at making socca after enjoying it on vacation in the south of France. Package recipe works well. I added a little fresh thyme and dried herbes de Provence. Fried thin in very hot olive oil on the stovetop, flipped like a pancake, did not bake it. Do not taste the batter, it is very bitter!
