It was packed with a variety of chunky candied fruits and whole nuts, not just a mesh of raisins and an occasional cherry with a blend of indistinguishable crushed nuts. Surprisingly, this quality product was very fairly priced and a great value. A fruitcake that I had purchased from a local specialty bakery didn’t come close to the goodness and quality found in Claxston’s. Will definitely purchase again and plan to stock up.
