This is a great product. I do not take it daily, it is very effective e.nhancement. My nails no longer break and tear. Love this result. I had been holding a horseca halter under his jaw and he snapped his head briefly and broke my finger at the joint. It healed but l have had ongoing joint pain ever since. Well l noticed that the boron has removed the joint pain! Yippee? Also other minor achey join pain. Remember l do not even take it every day. I recommend this fore people with similar issues. Find how much works for you, you will be a happier person.

Thought this was a good product but kept feeling strange when consuming Re checked the ingredients and it’s got a Lot of Fillers And Maltodextrin which is a very very Bad Ingredient. WHY would a supplement company use this in a health supplement??? TO Cheat the consumer and Make Lots of Money on Bad Ingredients Do Not Recommend

Boron deficiency is closely associated with arthritis, osteoporosis, and degenerative joint problems. Deficiency can also lead to low testosterone, carpal tunnel, weak cartilage, low libido, and receding gums. Boron is involved in the regulation of the parathyroid hormone, and enhances the body's ability to use calcium, magnesium, as well as vitamin D. Life Extension contains 25mg of added Vitamin B2 for those that may not get enough through diet. I do wish some of the extra fillers and mag stearate would not be in it but without fillers are available if price is not an issue. This one performs well and is an excellent value. Swanson is a trusted brand, however they source from everywhere so each product may perform differently. I found a few that dont work, while some others like this and l-arginine worked very well from them.

Great service great product

Been taking this for years, along with diet and light exercise. I stopped taking it because I didn't know if it was helping and then I had a bone density test, I was osteoporosis so I started taking it again along with eating prunes daily. Two years later I'm now osteopenia, so lets see what happens in the next 2 years. Not sure if this is the cause for the improvement, but I think it's good in combination with diet and exercise.

I take boron for bone health as I am a senior lady, and my bone density tests have come back perfect!
