Mixes Cerakote.
I put a dedicated air line and regulator to the shaker. I mounted it to the concrete floor and put a baking sheet pan under it because with an air line oiler attached to it, I was concerned it would stain the concrete and make a mess where it was mounted. It works great so far. I use it at about 50-60 psi and thatโs all I really need it for.

Well made and better than I thought it would be.
Pictures donโt really do this thing justice. It is well made and functions perfectly. Comes with the oiler to keep it running well. The grease point is recessed so need an extended grease chuck. It will not hold (without a jig) 1/2 pint cans (tiny little guys) but will do pints and up to solid house paint cans easily.

Works great
Works great, make sure it's bolted to the floor or something very heavy. Greased it, filled up the included oiler and ran it at 90 psi. Cans stay tight in the jaws and it's not very loud.

So far so good.
Secured it to my main table made from 4x4's using lags. Creates quite a rattle and the paint cans get looser the longer they go. Using the recommended shake times work fine, but don't let it go longer or you might lose a can. Setup was easy, but I am worried about the acrylic oil cylinder breaking one day. I made sure to install this unit so the air ingress is facing away from traffic areas and I ensured the hose is attached in as stress free a way as possible. I'm not sure how I could replace that part if it broke.

Strangely satisfying
I find this strangely satisfying to watch. And it does a great job of mixing paint. I haven't built a permanent home for it yet. SUV parked on board works great for now.

LOUD!
The worst shaker I could have bought. The replaced one was close to 50 years old, the electric motor finally worn. This air shaker is VERY loud, can hardly be in my shop when it's on. Also the more I use it the harder it is to tighten the can of paint in the cradle. Will throw the can often. Maybe that is why they use reverse thread on clamp. Needs to be oiled every use. Hard to put oil in a fitting that sticks straight out. You would need to add a 90 degree elbow in line, but that would put a strain on your air line. I have this bolted to a work bench in my body shop. It shakes so violently anything on the bench will shake off on to the floor. Now I am waiting for it to stress the air fitting so bad it will break off the plastic housing this thing is made of. Very cheap. Too late to get my money back so I thought it was only fair to help let you know my experience with this shaker. The worst shaker I could have bought.

infinite speeds
Does a great job & because it runs off compressed air , the valve allows you to choose a soft /med. or strong shake ; great for smaller ,more fragile containers

Works well!
It shakes paint cans as intended. Be advised of this: It consumes a high flow of air. Need a big compressor to feed it. I have an average compressor, and I have to stop the shaker to let the compressor refill a few times. Also, it requires solid clamping to a stable and heavy table, or else it will shake off that support as much as the paint.

Perfect mixes
We use this to mix Cerakote ..... unbelievable.... I now use less as it mixes it properly.

Does the job
For the price, this paint shaker does a good job even though it consumes a lot of air. Luckily I have 2 very large compressors, so it isn't a problem. But as a few other people have complained, the grease nipple which is mounted in PLASTIC is the stupidest idea ever devised, broke the nipple off out of the plastic on the very FIRST application. Idiotic idea.....would never work, and it didn't. Luckily the mechanism is very easy to pull apart and grease the areas that need greasing, and shouldn't need greasing very often, so no real big deal for me. If an Aussie is reading this, a standard 4 litre paint tin easily fits in this machine.
