The texture is thick and it is a bit difficult to get the pump to work at times to get it out. It is a very thick gel like texture. A decent value. The taste is a bit off setting and if you don't use it for a few days...it get even more difficult to pump it out. Regular tooth paste is easier to use...but this works if you are consistent. For the size you get it is quite a bit more expensive than regular toothpaste. I use it every other day or so along with regular brushing. Somewhat effective...not a replacement for dental whitening.
