Slick looking cover/case. I dig the zinc allow shell. It will definitely take an impact and protect my new fob shell. The rubber feels great so far, and the edge rubber has amazing grip while holding it. Installation was a snap. I used a tiny dab of orange Loctite on the screws so they will not back out on me. So far the shell does not seem to be interrupting the signal. I will update my review if my auto-start range is effected at all. I opted not to use the key ring option, as my fob simply goes in my pocket. The fit is perfect for my replacement fob shell and I may be picking up a second one of these to put on my master fob. The glow in the dark functionality is pretty meh, but I will never notice it.

This is a great piece with some slight drawbacks. Coming up on a year after purchase in July 2025. The screws worked themselves out of the case. I’m holding on by one screw at this point. But the quality of this product is solid otherwise. Would purchase again. Would love to be able to purchase new screws though. Might want to consider using some sort of thread locker if you purchase.

Last year metal trim on my 10 year old key fob started peeling. I bought a cover from Amazon that was great initially. It was an elastic plastic material and covered the fob preventing the trim from snagging on things and doing more damage. Last week I needed to replace the batteries in my fob. While removing this cover it tore in several places as well as snapping a portion near the key ring opening completely off. I decided to get this new metal key fob cover which completely encased the fob. So far, a much better decision. I can not see how this metal key fob case will break during removal to change batteries. It does increase the overall size of the fob, but well worth it considering the added protection and longevity this one should provide. All the fob buttons work and it came with everything needed for assembly.

Fits the 2016 Ford Fusion Key Perfectly. Looks good and people wonder what kind of car you drive lol. Easy to put on your key and hard to take off. Great protection for the cost.

A little too bulky it is heavy. I ordered silver and the shipped me Black! There is a split in the frame at the bottom that seems to be a weak spot! The cover seems to increase your chances that you accidentally activate the panic button when in your pocket. I need to look for a way to disable the panic button.

I’d like to start by saying this is a great product. Well crafted. Think of it as an Otter Box for your fob. That being said, there’s sacrifices to make. First being the indicator light can no longer be seen so you can’t know if your remote start activated unless you can see the vehicle. Second, the sensor range is dramatically reduced. I do love the weatherproof aspect of it but because it reduces functionality I’ll be returning it. Sadly. I do love. Feels and looks great. Oh well.

Works. Very bulky but it works to reduce accidental alarm button push. Also ordered Black and received silver which is why I can only give it 3 stars.
