How many acres will it do?

Hello! As the seeding rate changes per the desired usage, please see the recommended seeding rate: 5 lbs. /acre (2 oz. /1000 sq.ft.) for a pure stand; 2-3 lbs/acre (.75-1.0 oz. /1000 sq.ft.) if planted in mixes

will this seed work in predominate shady sites too?

As long as it gets some sunlight at some stage of the day, it will germinate and grow. All clovers love sunshine though and the more it gets the more prolifically it will grow.

Can I spray planted field with arrest?

Yes. Arrest is designed to eradicate grasses and not broadleaf such as clover.
