I wasn't sure how long they'd last me, but it's a couple of weeks worth of little snacks in this bag. The flavor is great, the crunch is great, I like that there are two different types of mushrooms in there... and it just feels better than eating junk, but you still get the satisfying salty/crunchy effect of chips or crackers. I gave one to my husband, thinking "oh, he'll love this" and he chewed it up and spit it out saying how gross he thought it was. He likes mushrooms normally, but he's not crazy about them. So... Most of the shiitake are whole and the same size.
