Over the past month, the keyboard has had trouble connecting via bluetooth, up to the point where it's no longer connecting at all. I've tried everything, but the keyboard won't respond. For a while, the included USB insert worked for the keyboard, but that only lasted for 2 days. Now, the keyboard will light up when plugged into the charge, but it will not respond when attempting to pair or connect - dead as a doornail. Never been dropped, nothing spilled on it, nothing of that nature. It has just died. The mouse has been excellent! Rapoo support has a 2 year warranty, but it's basically meaningless. They tell me to send it back to the seller or a replacement, but the seller doesn't necessarily want anything to do with it after the 30-day return period is over. Amazon very graciously accepted a refund for the defective product, and without them Rapoo wouldn't have done anything. Boo!
