Recipes are adult enough to be interesting, instructions are clear enough to be easy to follow and images are good. However, the book arrived with warped pages, even though I paid full price!!! I could have returned it, but am leaving for Mexico in 2 days and won’t get a replacement in time. Amazon offered me a paltry 20% refund. Not impressed at all. Obviously quality control isn’t important to them.
