Great post workout drink!

CADENCE IS IT!
This drink is unreal! Super similar to a sprite as far as taste. 5 calories per can is insane and you stay hydrated. Ross MacKay is a legend for making this product.

If you have POTs these are a necessity
These are a godsend for POTSies. They taste great and provide the sodium I need in a pinch.

All the good stuff
These are great post work out. They are lightly carbonated and have the all good stuff, while leaving out the artificial dyes and other unnecessary ingredients. The citrus flavor is subtle and enjoyable! I feel more hydrated finishing one of these after my workout.

Recommended for athletes
I would recommend this drink for an athelete as opposed to a normal consumer seeking a tasty beverage. I didn't realize until after I tried it that its a very salty drink with tons of sodium for electrolyte restoration. Flavor taste pretty good but it leaves a bit of an aftertaste which I believe is from the high amounts of sodium. Definitely treat this like a sports drink as opposed to just drinking it casually for flavor. From an energy perspective, I didn't notice anything extreme but had a similar energy response to when drinking coffee which in my opinion is good. Normally something like a 5 hour energy gives me the jitters but this did not.

Perfect hydration
Makes me feel hydrated and refreshed. The taste is very good and not overwhelming like many other electrolyte drinks. Perfect for an every day hydration drink especially if you work out a lot!
