Fell out of the box in the packaging and have a strange weight distribution
The quality on this cutlery set is excellent. It is very heavy and very nice smooth polished and the fork tips are smooth and not sharp or serrated. The knives have a nice little sharp edge to them that definitely could be used to cut, but not too much that it would be closer to steak knives. They're definitely butter, but not very dull. So the quality is there. It's absolutely very easy to clean because it doesn't have any weird crevices or ornateness that gunk will get stuck in. My biggest issue with it is the way in which it is weighted. So because it has such long handles, it's heavier on the handle than it is at the top, the eating part of the spoons and forks. So if you don't have at least 50% of the utensil on your plate, it will fall off right off your plate onto the floor. It's happened to me probably every single day because I tend to just kind of have a third of a fork or spoon on my plate and it'll flip over because it's so heavy in the handle. So you definitely have to make sure to have it as much in the plate as possible to not drop it or it will teeter off by itself without even touching it. Gravity will take it down. The other issue I had was the box itself didn't have the utensils strapped down. So when I opened the shipping box, half of the utensils had already popped out because my box was not sealed. I don't know why that is, but I was worried that some of them was lost. They were all there, so that's great. And they were each individually wrapped, which was really nice too, but their packaging can really use some work.
