My partner has Pulmonary Fibrosis which means her saturation levels can, and do, drop like a stone. She uses ambulatory oxygen when this happens. This O2 ring has been excellent for her. She uses it all day, and has the vibration alarm set so it buzzes when her SATs drop to a certain level, that she can set. She then plugs into her oxygen. At night, when she takes it off, she charges it up and uploads all the days days to her phone. Once you get used to reading the data, it is invaluable. Setting the ring up to the phone was surprisingly easy. At first I thought it was a bit expensive, but after a few months use, it has proven to be exceptional value for money. The accuracy is good, as has been tested against hospital equipment readings. The App is good. Ring is comfortable, albeit slightly bulky. Can't comment on battery life, but if it lasts one year or two it's irrelevant, I'll buy another one.

This is a pricey device but if you are having sleep problems or have suspected sleep apnoea it's invaluable. Best sleep data outside of a sleep lab. Its a little bit bulky on your finger but you get used to it. Very happy with this purchase.

Seemed ok but not £200+ of ok. The it stopped working and has to send it back so can't really comment on quality of instrument. There are others that do exactly the same thing for considerably less.

I have been having issues with my o2 levels while I sleep and have been using a standard wellue fingertip o2 monitor. This keeps falling off but I was getting better at it. I found this online and have been watching the price. It came on offer in the sale, so i snapped it up. It is simple to use, just pop it on your finger and link it to the app. It is tight enough to stay on without cutting circulation and vibrates loud enough to be noticeable. It does not beeps like the fingertip model. You can change warning setting on the app and the recordings are a little more detailed. Battery lasts all night and is recharged via usb-c cable Bottom line is I sleep better having this product

Easy to wear and not restrictive in bed at night. Comfortable band. Provides pretty detailed graphs and information for doctor/specialist.

Great product! Helps to track the oxygen levels perfectly, and the application provides very detailed reports for analysis. At the same time, it's comfortable and convenient when is on the finger. Overall, nice upgrade from the previous version. Definately recommended!

I bought this as back up incase my other viatron one failed as my son i catastrophically brain injured and this safeguards him. I didnt open the box for over a year, but when I did, it doesn't work, and wellue aren't interested in helping at all. Dont bother, faulty equipment. Buy the cheaper brand, that lasted 5 years for us.

Ecellent produit. Le logiciel PC (désigné O2 Insight-Pro) accompagnant l'oxymètre O2RIng-S peut mieux faire et requiert donc une amélioration.

Ich kann mich der Kritik von Hans Dampf nur anschließen. „Tolles Produkt- leider mit zu kurzer Lebensdauer!“ Defekt nach nicht mal einer Woche. Keine Anzeige mehr, Keine Reaktion auf Anstecken des Ladekabels bzw. längerem Ladeversuch. Mit dem Vorgängermodell hatte ich schon ähnliche Probleme. Darum schreibe ich diese Kritik. Wenn es funktioniert werden allerdings präzise Werte ermittelt. Rücksendung und Geld zurück ohne Probleme. Neubestellung sollte plötzlich 40 € mehr kosten. Da wurde mir aber vom Amazon Service problemlos geholfen. Warum Neubestellung ? Wenn es funktioniert liefert es wie erwähnt einwandfreie Werte und hat einen Vibrationsalarm wenn meine vorgegebenen Werte überschritten werden. Damit ist dieser überteuerte Ring alternativlos. Die verschiedenen smarten Ringe auf dem Markt liefern zwar mehr Informationen, aber sie warnen mich während des Schlafens nicht wenn es gefährlich wird.
