Is this Dr Pepper with real sugar, fresh and drinkable as of 2/21/2021?

Yes it is. The soda tastes like I remember when I was a child growing up. Tastes great !! You will definitely notice the difference from Dr Pepper you buy in the store now. Best when it is really cold right out of the bottle.

Is this 12 bottles of 12 ounces? Or is this 4 bottles of 12 ounces like the picture shows?

It was 12 bottles at 12ozs but packaged like the picture. You received 3. It wasn't cost effective for resale once you added shipping.

Where do you get it from? Who is your provider?

Right now, from Amazon, sometimes you can find it at either the Coke Cola bottlers, sometimes the Pepsi’s bottler... here in Utah, Coke handles Salt Lake County, Pepsi, Utah County... I’d call the bottlers in your area, and ask who carries it in your area. Good luck!!
