This stuff is makes everything stick. It's amazing. I used it to seam a new EPDM KOI pond using seam tape. This stuff works crazy good. I am going to use it to seam my RV Skylight next.

After prepping my roof (scraping, rotory 3m disc, and lacquer thinner) removing the old sealant off the trailer roof, I applied the primer with a brush to the perimeter seam. This is a 6×12 trailer, I applied a 6" wide swath, then it tacked up slightly, so I applied a second coat to cover any deficiencies I may have left. Still have a half quart left. Material is very thin and easy to apply. The following day I laid down the seam tape, immediately followed by the top coat. Second coat of top added also a day or two later.

Had to buy primer to ensure adhesion. Primer was great making a sticky surface. Coated around all vents. Cleaned and sanded the areas. Instructions said not to prime lap sealant. However i primes all areas to be sealed. Looks great and my newer roof will no longer have holes in the sealant. Priming adds an extra step.
