is this game smaller sized then a normal yahtzee set?

It’s the same size. Maybe shaped a bit differently but I did not notice a size increase or decrease when compared to previous editions

Do they make this with a grey cover?

Does it come with a cover?

Yes. It comes with a thick sleeve that you slip the game into. It’s nice. I wasn’t expecting a cover when I purchased it and was pleasantly surprised when I saw it come with a high quality slip cover.
