These little heart pans are perfect for making little heart shaped cakes for your family. I did have to use a knife and just sharpen up the top part after they were done, baking. Also, please note only fill the pan about halfway with batter. This was my first time baking with a silicone pan. There are no instructions with these pans. I looked on Google and the instructions I found said fill them all the way up and that is not good advice because they will overflow. Also, you need to put a sheet pan underneath them when you cook and it will take 5 to 10 minutes longer than your normal baking time. If you do that and only fill them about halfway, they will come out perfect! I might have to order more before Valentine’s Day next year.

These mini heart cake pans worked well and were easy to use. The silicone released cleanly and held their shape during baking, which I appreciated. My only wish is that the top of the heart shape were a bit more defined—this would give the finished cakes a sharper, more polished heart look. Overall, still a solid option for themed baking and special occasions. I also used this mold for my dogs peanut butter doggy birthday cake. They worked perfect! Way better than the pan last year! Quality is so nice. Holds the heart shape well. Easy to clean and easy to get the cake out after baking. I just coat the pan with butter, pour cake batter in, and it’s good to go. Ordering more now :)

I feel like some of the other reviews who expected these to be larger perhaps didn’t look at the measurements or that they are called “mini”. Regardless, I love the size! I enjoy making little cakes because…. cuteness?? I’m used to baking in metal pans, so using silicone is a bit of a change, but just a little learning curve, no biggie!

I bought these silicone heart-shaped baking dishes for my daughter to use for cakes and suncatchers. They are a great size and very easy to clean, which I appreciated. The baking time was as directed on the cake mix box, and my daughter loved how easy they were to use. However, the heart shape isn’t as defined as I expected—the “V” at the top is not very pronounced, making the finished cakes and suncatchers look a little off. While people could still tell they were hearts, the shape wasn’t as distinct as I had hoped. That said, they are still adorable and functional for baking and crafts!!
