I was recently diagnosed with a nose abnormality which explains my 5 year history of snoring and dry mouth during the night. Basically, an operation is out of the question due to waiting lists on the NHS because of Covid, and also would not be guaranteed to work, so the consultant recommended possibly trying nasal dilators. I have been using a snoring app which gives me a 'snore score' and together with whether I feel like I've had a better night's sleep, I've been keeping a record of which strategies and devices work. I think I've purchased every one going - or I feel like I have! The small solid bucket ones, the adjustable ones, the basket ones and now these Airmax ones. Comfort and fit? Putting them in feels completely unnatural. If you don't push them in far enough, they are just an obstacle in the nose, but if you gently twiddle with each one to make sure that the flat 'paddle' is as far back as it will go, you suddenly feel very comfortable. It takes a bit of manouevering to get it right. I find the larger size doesn't move about too much and keeps my airways open much better. The other dilators worked a little, but some created a 'whistling' sound, which was annoying, and weren't sturdy enough and dislodged during the night. The adjustable ones were pretty good and opened my airways, but annoyingly only brought my 'snore score' down slightly. Whereas these Airmax ones worked all night through, and so far have brought my 'snore score' right down to between 15 and 20 (with no devices had averaged about 50). I'm delighted with it - as regardless of the snoring, I'm not waking all night with a dry mouth and I feel like I'm getting oxygen during the night. Can thoroughly recommend so far. My only criticism is that they are pricy and I feel like I'll need a few.

It did work and help but after wearing the small one it consistently cut my septum. The medium one is too big and does not fit my nose. It just ended up being painful and uncomfortable, not worthwhile and forced to look for another option.

I would give this higher rating if they made an option with a dialater that has a longer U bend for people with larger/longer nasal septums! this does work as in it makes me breath better but it dont quite fit my nose and I would highly suggest getting the tester S/M pack as I thought I had a big nose but the small ones fit best and I was originally looking for Large ones and thankfully settled on this pack. I would love to try ones that have a longer U bend though to get the bleeding things higher up into my nostrils. If they did then they would maybe get 5 star rating. I would also suggest the sizes are for width of nose not length (big nose pwople but wide nose people!

Ive been using this nasal dilator for a few weeks, and overall, it’s a helpful tool for improving nighttime breathing. It noticeably opens up the nasal passages, making it easier to breathe and reducing mild snoring. However, there is a downside: it occasionally comes out during the night. It’s not every night, but enough to be a bit frustrating, especially if you move around a lot in your sleep. A slightly firmer fit or size options could help improve this. Still, considering the comfort, reusability, and positive impact on breathing, it’s a good option—especially if you’re looking for an eco-conscious alternative to disposable nasal strips.

When it arrived I thought this is not going to work, how can it, it looks like a cheap gimmick but I promise u it works, I also brought a memory foam pillow, but both of the things together the snoring has improved by 80 per cent, I’m very very happy with this product, I never write reviews but I know how desperate I was to find something that worked

I can see how the Airmax Nasal Dilators could be really helpful for certain people, but unfortunately, they didn’t work well for me personally. I have a sensitive nose, and wearing them made me sneeze constantly — which pretty much defeats the purpose of easier breathing! They also felt a bit uncomfortable, especially since I have smaller nostrils. Even with the trial pack offering different sizes, I struggled to find a fit that felt truly natural or unnoticeable. That said, I do think these could work well for someone without sensitivity issues and with a slightly larger nasal shape. They’re simple to use, and the design makes sense — just not ideal for my needs. If you’re curious and don’t have a sensitive nose, they’re probably worth a try. But for me, it’s a no.

1000% real review... would totally recommend trying these.. I bought for my husband as the thought of smothering him with a pillow was becoming more common listening to him brag about being asleep... I was totally sceptical as to how a little device in his nose would help dull his snoring but they really are working like magic! After about 5 mins of quiet snores it falls to almost complete silence resulting in a peaceful nights sleep for both of us! Amazing 👏

Cheap rubbish made out of silcone. No matter what size you wear its uncomfortable regardless what one. Yes they open the air ways in the nose and yes I could breathe better but it did not stop my snoring and the nasal dilator never stayed in overnight. Every morning I woke up the dilator was lost somewhere. Uncomfortable feels like two fingers in your nose when trying to sleep. Anything to prevent snoring for the mrs but I have bought three different gadgets off Amazon prime and one star for all they above!

Non recensisco mai un prodotto, ma trovo che sia necessario farlo in questa situazione perchè avrei voluto leggere questa recensione quando stavo cercando una soluzione per migliorare la respirazione. Recensisco dopo più di una settimana di utilizzo, durante la quale sono successe un po' di cose. All'inizio la sensazione è che si respiri meglio, ed effettivamente la spinta meccanica sulla parete interna della narici fa il suo dovere egregiamente. Il flusso d'aria è nettamente superiore rispetto al normale, soprattutto per chi ha le narici che tendono a collassare su se stesse per via dell'aria che entra nel naso. Anche l'espirazione è favorita, aiutando a eliminare tutta la CO2 accumulata. Il prodotto è davvero leggero e per chi non ha troppe pretese sembra quasi di non averlo, tanto che io lo utilizzo sia di notte che di giorno. Tuttavia, durante i primi tentativi è normale che si crei una leggera irritazione sulle pareti del setto, dato che la leggerissima pressione, se prolungata nel tempo, danneggia lievemente la cute e la mucosa. A ovviare il problema ci sono un paio di soluzioni: la prima è dare tempo al tempo. L'irritazione iniziale scomparirà col passare dei giorni e il corpo si abituerà. La seconda, che in realtà non ho provato, ma che mi sembra ragionevole, è di applicare una modestissima porzione di lubrificante. Tutto sommato è un prodotto economico che mi ha completamente cambiato la vita: la respirazione è molto migliorata (da notare che si può usare anche durante le attività sportive e devo dire che anche qui si sente parecchio la differenza) e benché non sia la cosa più bella e comoda del mondo si presta a evitare operazioni di settoplastica.

Article vraiment efficace ! Dès la mise en place (facile), on sent plus de débit d'air, la respiration est améliorée, et les ronflements disparaissent ! Beaucoup de confort gagné pour le conjoint, et pour soi-même. Je sens que mon sommeil est de meilleure qualité, je me réveille moins fatigué, et je me souviens de mes rêves. Il y a vraiment un avant et un après. Certes, il faut s'habituer un peu au dispositif (ça chatouille un peu parfois), et il arrive qu'on le perde durant la nuit (si on se frotte sur un oreiller), ce n'est pas facile de le retrouver. J'aurais voulu mettre 4,5/5 pour ces raisons, mais c'est un tel confort que je préfère arrondir au supérieur ! Reste à voir combien de temps/combien de nuits il dure, mais je pense que quoi qu'il en soit je ré-achèterai !

Decidí probar este dilatador nasal porque buscaba mejorar mi descanso y reducir los ronquidos, y la verdad es que ha sido un acierto. Desde la primera noche noté que respiraba mucho mejor, sobre todo si sueles tener la nariz algo congestionada. Es cómodo, no molesta al dormir y se adapta bien sin caerse durante la noche. Algo que me sorprendió es lo sencillo que es, pero lo mucho que puede influir en la calidad del sueño. No es un producto milagro, pero sí una ayuda real si te cuesta respirar bien por la noche o si quieres descansar más profundamente. En mi caso, me levanto con sensación de haber dormido mejor y eso ya marca la diferencia. Lo recomiendo especialmente si buscas soluciones prácticas y sin complicaciones para mejorar tu descanso.
