I spent time reading reviews and settled on this steam cleaner. Unfortunately, this cleaner failed at every job. It didn't generate enough steam to clean light mildew in the shower nor any other jobs we tried. The advertisement says how easy it is to use and how well it cleans, NO WAY! It is easy to use but does NOT clean well at all.If you are really looking for a steam cleaner, maybe spend more money and but a professional cleaner. This is not worth the money and rather buy a some ammonia and a brush and use elbow grease - works every time.

Hose is not long, not good for cleaning
I donโt see the value in this machine. The cable isnโt as long as it seems, so itโs not really comfortable to use. One pro is that the water heats up very quickly. However, I donโt think it's useful for cleaning windows, upholstery, or tiles. I have luxury vinyl floors, and itโs not recommended to use it on them. I tried it everywhere, but I donโt think it's worth keeping, so I returned it. One of the main reasons is that itโs uncomfortable to use because the cable and the hose arenโt long enough, which makes cleaning more difficult.

Works well, but it leaks profusely.
I like this with one or two exceptions. The rubber plug on the bottom of the holding tank leaks like a siv and the only thing I can do is put a towel under it to sop it up. Two, there is no customer service number to find out if there is any thing that will rectify it. Other than that it performed very well. Because of this I can't highly recommend it. If someone would reach out to me as a result of this review and fix my issue, I would highly recommend it and give it a 5 star review.

I am quite disappointed with the machine. It is small, which makes it unstable. You really have to be careful when handling it. Also, the gloves provided tore the first time I used them. The hole for filling with water is right next to the power cord. It's a bit of a strange design. The machine started to malfunction. First, one day when it was plugged in but not in use, it turned on by itself. There seem to be some electronic defects. Also, today, the machine started to have variations in intensity. Even at maximum power, it becomes weak and not much steam comes out, and then it comes back.
