Apparently I was reading the directions incorrectly and didn't realize that the adapter was missing from the box, as I did not know I needed it. After emailing back & forth, William solved the problem and sent an adapter out to me right away. He followed up with additional emails. I was following the tracking info and it stated that it was delivered, however, it was not in my mailbox. Apparently, our regular mail person was on vacation and the fill-in person put it in the wrong box, which I did not find out until a couple days later, when our doorman brought it up to me. William was all set to send me another one right away, but I caught him in time and told him I received it. After that, the tester worked fine and now I know my grounding mat is working. William was extremely helpful and he truly cares about his customers. He was available for all questions I had (and I had many as I am old & not technically inclined), and would always email me back right away, no matter what time of day it was. I have never received customer service like this, be confident that if you have an issue with an item, they are there to help you!!
