Can u run 8 speakers on this?

Yes you can. Two speakers per channel in parallel but make sure that the impedence of each speaker is 4 ohms or more because the minimum impedence that this amp can work in a stable condition is 2 ohms. Also keep in mind that each speaker will get around 100-115 watts.

Can i hook up tweeters, two front 90w rms and two 45w rms speakers to this?

I have tweeters on mine with 2 6.5s running in HPF.
