Pc came formatted & ready!
This PC came formatted and the windows were already installed and setup! This Pc brand needs to be recognized more!! It’s LEGIT. it worked first boot no problem. My brother is a pc nerd and helped me get my first one and I’m really excited!

Buy a new PSU
Just so any new buyers want to know this PC was designed by a brickhead, the PSU that this model comes with is so weak that it can't even start the PC. To actually use this computer you will HAVE to buy a PSU of 650V or more, their actual website also refers to this fact but for whatever reason it came loaded with a 400V PSU. every negative review on this product have a common issue and that is that none of them come with a good enough PSU and you need to manually replace it.

Good starter
Decent desktop. Bought it for my grandson for gaming. He's had it 6 months and hasn't reported any issues. I'm told there were a bunch of updates that had to occur before he could use it, but that's ok. My daughter let them all install before letting him start playing.

Look good! It’s so quiet! The PC came in several boxes, well sealed. Everything works perfectly it’s super fast!! It’s exactly what I was looking for, and yes, the operating system comes pre-installed. Totally worth the price.

Really bad PC never ever gonna buy it again and never worked not come when none of the things they didn’t come with a GPU it didn’t come with nothing not even a a HDMI cable never buying this PC again horrible quality didn’t even turn on. I want a refund.
