Apple Renewed iPad Air 2 - 128GB - Space Grey (Renewed)

My iPad Air 2 128GB arrived quickly and well packaged in a generic Amazon Refurbished box. Included in the box was a genuine Apple Charger and generic charge cord. The iPad looked as if it was new: glass was flawless and the edges perfect with only the back, down near the bottom, showing a couple of pinhead sized nicks (almost non-noticeable). When booted up, the iPad went through the typical Apple, new iPad setup routine without any problems. The screen appears to be flawless with excellent color/clarity. The battery arrived with 78% charge. All buttons performed flawlessly and the operating system was was the next to last update. I performed an update and transferred my last backup from the icloud to this device with no issues. Battery life seems to be on par with a new one. So far, I have no complaints with this refurbed iPad; it performs and looks like it was new. For the price paid, it is a good bargain for my uses.

Easy to use, integrates with your other apple devices easily. Bright display, great for reading books on kindle or pdf files. Enough memory that it works decently well to watch shows or movies. Handles zoom calls pretty well. Holds a charge for several days. Excellent buy if you need functional tablet over fifteen different cameras on the newest ones.

The worst purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon and I’ve been with them for over 10 years now and have bought multitudes of items throughout those years. First off the item itself arrived, and as the description does say, it can come with a generic charger, which it did. Besides the charger.(cord and adapter pieces) was the actual tablet which looked aesthetically in good condition, but when I turned it on, had a difficult time setting it up and took several hours due to the fact that it had a old operating system on it that needed to be updated. Not that big of a deal it’s a used item those things happen….. but the big problem was how glitchy the tablet was, and everything took excessively long to process every touch of the screen if it even registered at all. There was no way my child was going to be able to use this for games as I had intended it for his birthday present for his 10th birthday. Long story short I decided to send it back. That’s when the problems really began. The only way I could send it back for free was through these Amazon hubs two of which I would have had to cross a bridge for six dollar toll just to get to not to mention all the time and gas going over a bridge into a big city from a small suburb of a neighboring state. The only other option was approximately 10 miles away from me at an Amazon hub in the next county over. I live in a very densely populated area in South Jersey and there is no reason why I had to travel this distance to return a piece of crap tablet that didn’t even work right. Then my only two ways of getting the money back or either an Amazon credit or return to my payment but I paid for it with a gift card because I’m on disability and don’t have much money at all and the gift card doesn’t except credits to the card so I was forced to get Amazon credit very unhappy about that as well. Now it’s been almost 2 weeks since I dropped it off at this faraway location. I had to drive to which was an Amazon hub and Amazon employee actually scan the item in for me because the equipment was down for self scanning and almost 2 weeks later, I still haven’t gotten my Amazon credit on my account and my son‘s birthday is this week. It’s gonna be too late to even buy him another birthday gift in time. Amazon keeps failing and this is just one more example of their customer service rules going downhill will never buy an item like this again on Amazon.

Generally good for what it’s worth. Decent battery life, good screen quality, and didn’t come with any damages. Only issue is when it comes to games, it lags or just full on crashes. I don’t recommend if you plan on buying this for gaming, especially for kids.

I bought this for my 7 year old granddaughter & she loves it! It is used but you would never know it. No scratches - looks brand new without paying a brand new price. We can download all the apps she uses & still has plenty of storage left. Would definitely recommend buying used before buying new. Saved a lot of money & it works great & in great condition!

Looked in good condition but Might have just got a dud was a bit of an older one but it stopped working/ turning on after about a month of getting but the picture was great and was easy to use and screen worked just fine !

This ipad works great. It can update to the most recent OS, and I haven't had any problems with the apps so far. Charging wise, it takes as long as my iPad 6th gen does which is pretty quick. The only issue was a very thing scratch across the screen. However, it's invisible when the screen is on and the seller was nice enough to put a screen protector on the iPad. Or someone did. It wasn't me though.

Just purchased this a few months ago and already have problems. iPad is sticking. Tried to reset it but it’s not helping. Not sure what to do with this refurbished iPad that I bought off Amazon very disappointed.
