It comes with a lot of accessories in the box. With filters, it makes the excellent coffee. The best part is that it's programmable. Following the instruction, you can adjust how much coffee it makes, so the pressure can be different based on how it is programmed and what filter is used. And every time it is turned on, it warms up fast. Within a minute, coffee is made. It is also a good looking coffee maker. Its stainless steel is well made and elegant. After using for over a week, cleaning is necessary, and we find it easy to clean. We are glad that we bought this coffee machine. We don't have any issues so far. It's great value, absolutely worth the money. And most importantly, it makes excellent coffee. Setup & Features: Setup was quick and straightforward. The packaging was neat and professional, and I appreciated the detailed instruction manual with recipes, tips, and tricks. I love that it comes with a reusable filter (no need to constantly buy paper filters), customizable coffee volume, and the 360° adjustable steam wand. I do wish it came with a small brush for sweeping away extra grounds, but the included cleaning tool clips neatly onto the frother wand, which is a nice touch. Love this machine. Retired my ninja drip and wanted to start making fancy coffees for myself. My daughter did the research and we decided on this. Fantastic price. Easy to clean. Not complicated to use. I’ve recommended to 3 friends already. Don’t waste your money on the rhymes with Neville brand. 6 months in and I still love it and look forward to a cappuccino every morning.

Worked great for a month or so, then the double shot stopped working. We continued to use the single shot side until that too stopped working after a couple more months. I have cleaned and descaled several times and it is just getting worse

I love this espresso machine so much! The built-in grinder makes all the difference, the coffee tastes incredibly fresh and rich every single time. The machine itself works great and what comes out is pretty delicious. The problem is with the water tank. When I first filled it up, the water just spilled out the bottom. I noticed there is a decent sized chunk missing right around the plunger on the inside of the tank. We placed ours right next to the sink so we can just leave it on the machine, but it is still annoying that we can't remove the tank. I will try finding a replacement, but annoying either way.

This Espresso machine’s quality is pretty much better and has a great comparison with the topper brand. The temperature warm up very fast, even if I used the steamer for the milk, the espresso pressure comes up right after. It kicks in pretty fast. The taste of the espresso I still need to test out with my bean, but I pretty much have it setup after second try. The setup is very easy and nice. Not too big and not too small, fit my space perfectly. I been wanting to get a lower brand espresso machine. Also been seeking for so long, I have tried several one as well, none of them are better than this one. Very valuable to my money and time and effort. Highly recommend if you want a cheaper version of espresso machine

Inexpensive and fast! Good: The grinder is excellent! The system is fast and produces delicious espresso. Bad: Nothing is "hot". The system uses an electric pump to produce 15 barr pressure to water it has warmed up. If you want a hot espresso you can microwave the cup for 20 seconds after it comes out. The steam wand actually produces more of a sprayed mist that doesn't seem to do a great job of frothing. Using the hot water selection of the wand you can add that to your espresso to make an Americana that is ready to drink immediately, because it is not hot.
