Well built, smooth running and good quality for the money.
I have previously built my own dolly rigs DIY fashion but needed to move up to something more professional when arriving at locations and also with bags/easy to transport. After a lot of reviews and searching I went for this with the matching12ft tracks. Both arrived fast and the engineering/build quality really impressed me. The dolly moves so smoothly with a fairly heavy tripod and rigged out camera (around 10KG total - the max load is 12kg recommended) and the wedges/supports allow for irregular ground etc. The carry bags are really good and smart. I had a minor issue with something and the Pro-Aim customer support were back to me within an hour and sorted it out fast. Very friendly service. I couldn't believe it. Will definitely shop with them again!

Smooth with a capital smoo.
It's sooooooo smooth. It was actually assembled incorrectly and the labels were on the wrong ends of the pieces so first assembly was a confusing mess and took ages to figure out it had been done wrong. However, once i put it together it was seriously good. Really smooth running on the rails and easy to control. Highly recommend.

Fantastic and simple, sturdy, rolls smoothly. I am very happy I bought it. For now I use it with 1 1/4" PVC tubes. I will buy their track system for traveling soon.
