My son is one of the most pickiest eaters. It's not often that he will try new things. I made breaded chicken with the Ale House Seasoning and he walked in the kitchen and said how good it smelled. He actually tried it and not only did he have two helpings, he came back for a third. He asked me to make it again the following day. Not only does this taste amazing but it also makes me feel good knowing I am not putting any harmful ingredients in my families mouths.

I finally found a spice blend that I can use on everything! I have started ordering at least a bottle a week of the Ale House Chicken seasoning. It is perfect for all types of poultry.

I love this spice mix...I've used it on chicken and two kinds of fish so far, and have been happy with them all. What a great value. The bottle is much larger than I expected. It should last a while, although, not at the rate I'm using it! I can't wait to try it on other things.

It has a good flavor , but it takes a lot of it to cook it in to the chicken. Same for bugger meat too. I do like it and it has a nice smooth not over bearing spiced flavor. None of us could taste the lemon much at all. Not near as good as the advertising makes it out to be. 3 stars at most.

This is a really great rub for Poultry, and not too salty.

I literally use this stuff on all chicken, turkey, and pork that I cook or grill. Can't have a spice cabinet without it!!
