外国の感性なのでかなりバタークリームの色がどぎついですが、その辺は日本人の感性で修正を(笑)お花の技術は写真いりで丁寧にかかれています。教室に通えない人間としては嬉しかった‼

アイシングやバタークリームの絞り技術を学び始めて2年程ですが、一通りの花は絞れるようになったので更に知識を広げるために購入しました。結果は星5つ！！色合いはさすが本番アメリカだけあって毒々しいですが、日本人向けに淡い色合いで作ればとても見栄えもして素晴らしい出来になると思います。全文英語のため、バタークリームの花絞りをある程度習得した中級者からの方が内容も写真から理解する事が出来ると思います。
