That said, it’s so well sealed it sometimes takes an Olympic-level twist to open the lid after my tea sessions (yes, I add sugar—no shame). A quick rinse under water usually loosens it up. Consider it my daily upper-body workout. Color? Spot on—exactly like the photos. It’s comfortable to hold, keeps my tea hot for hours (actually a tad longer than promised), and shrugs off bumps like a champ. Cleans easily, no funky buildup, no peeling paint, no drama. Bonus points for the color-matched lid—finally, no more “which lid fits this cup?” guessing games when you’ve got a small army of travel mugs. I could get the top off, but not the opening to drink from it. I have tried everything, including a screwdriver to pry with and a pair of pliers to pull, but nothing worked. I'm going to return and ask for another one as it is very well made and I like it. Update: My fault totally, it is very easy to open and I really enjoy the cup. It's great.
