The first one I received was damaged, the door wouldnt close all the way and it was scratched up. I returned it for a replacement. I am so happy that I did, the replacement is in perfect condition. The lock was frozen and changing the code was impossible. I decided to change the lock to a keyed lock which was pointless since the riveted channel guide had fallen off so that it can’t be locked anyway. The unit is serviceable though, so I'll try to hammer out the dent and touch up the paint.The lock is a cheap knock off of a Combi Cam lock so I'll definitely be replacing it. No big deal but just another irritation and another $10.Small packages or envelopes could possibly be stolen by pulling them through the gaps in the insertion slot. I'm definitely glad I didn't pay full price for this thing.
