will this work with a pal sega megadrive model 2?

Does it work in a normal sega genesis like the 2 or the 3?

This is basically the same as the Retro Freak Gear Converter (and that works on the Genesis just fine), the only difference is this has a cart slot that will allow for USA sms game carts to fit, the only thing that will not work with in a Genesis is the game gear portion (as the Genesis lacks the hardware to play game gear games). But for SMS games cart and cards it will work

Will it work on my Retrobit?

if you're retrobit plays Genesis games than probably, the Game Gear part won't work but the Master System carts and cards should in theory.

Perfekte Ergänzung zur Retron 5

Dank dieses Adapters kann ich endlich wieder meine alten Game Gear Spiele - und das noch dazu erstmalig im Original am Fernseher - spielen! Ich habe Versionen unterschiedlicher Regionen (EU / US / JP) ausprobiert und alles funktioniert einwandfrei und flüssig. Auch Master System Module laufen super. Ich finde das Konzept genial und hoffe Hyperkin bringt noch Adapter für weitere Systeme heraus. Der Preis ist vor allem im Vergleich zur Konsole selbst etwas hoch, aber meiner Meinung nach mehr als angemessen. Auch die Verarbeitung ist gut. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!
