Is it safe to spray on pipe wrap?

I've used it on both American and European bikes as well as boats, with no issues on any part. Hopefully that helps.

Does this dry Spot free?

I usually spray the motorcycle off with light water to rinse the soap off and then dry and polish with a good derailer spray, but don't see any spots from the Muck-Off
