Might be unisex for guys with smaller wrists
I had to return this one. I bought it for myself because the style is unisex and I have a smaller Tissot that is about the same size. It looked great on me but the band was too perfect. I always like a band that I can take a link or two out. This fit me perfect. So if I were a guy with a smaller wrist I would consider this one. I think it goes better with more formal attire because it is sleeker and goes well with a long sleeve shirt. The watch was very conspicuous and I love that. I ordered the bigger men's version.

Where’s the watch???
I wanted this watch for my 40th birthday! Couldn’t really afford due to my priorities! So I decided to treat myself with my taxes; this what I received. I damaged outer box taped....With no damn watch!!! I have to put a star. I guess I’ll put that for the price of purchase because that was descent. Weird!

WOW...this is a statement watch!
I have a small collection of watches, though I wouldn't call myself a collector. I mostly prefer vintage women's watches as I like the delicate nature of them. This is not delicate, but it is awesome. I do have a 14k watch that I wear sometimes and do like the yellow gold look. This is not 14k gold, but it is still a statement making item. It has a bold look and the diamonds really sparkle. The diamonds appear bigger than they really are as they are set in a faceted-cut type of setting, but they are visibly there. Bulova is a partner with the Grammy awards and this is part of their Grammy collection for 2019. I think there are only two women's versions of the Grammy line, this gold tone one and a black one. I really like the gold one. It has a Grammy logo below the face and also on the clasp. It comes in a lovely wooden box that is something the recipient will keep. The clasp itself is very easy to operate. It opens sort of like a butterfly with two buttons on each side to release it. Bulova calls it a "double-press deployment closure" but it is like two flaps that fold toward each other and snap in place. It is very easy to open and close with one hand (which I don't always find with watches...some are terrible to open or close.) The face is black. It has an amazing sweeping second-hand movement which is wonderful. It has an "anti-reflective sapphire glass" crystal. It doesn't look like it is blue or anything, but it does help with glare. It is thicker than some watches I have, but it really adds to the statement look of the item. It is also listed as "water resistant to 100 meters." I don't plan on getting mine wet too frequently as I sort of want to save it for nicer occasions, but you could wear it swimming. This is a very nice timepiece, not just a fashion watch. It is something that will last a lifetime (if you don't abuse it) and could be even handed down to your children. I really never though that I would enjoy a bigger, bold watch like this, but I am finding that I really do love it. I even planned an outfit and other jewelry around this so I could wear it as soon as I saw it! This would be an awesome gift for someone or yourself!

Gorgeous Watch That Keeps Great Time
This was the first Bulova watch that either my wife or I had owned. This watch has a level of beauty that I have not had in any other watch we owned. Right from the unboxing, the unboxing of the watch is a presentation in itself. When you open the box, you are first greeted with a small plaque indicating that the watch is a Grammy Special edition. Then you are greeted by this beautiful, diamond accented black faced watch framed by a flawless gold case. My wife reports the watch is comfortable and the clasp has always felt secure. After using it over the past year, the watch has functioned flawlessly and has always kept good time. The watch is a bit on the thicker side. I think it looks fine, but if you have tiny wrists and/or hands, this might be a factor to consider. This watch is a beautiful piece of art. Be it for yourself or a gift, it sure will not disappoint.

Gorgeous Bulova Grammy watch.
This Special Edition Grammy watch from Bulova looks really stunning and it has a very high quality "feel" to it. It came in a beautiful box and it has a 3 year warranty. Bulova has a fine reputation as regards reliability but it's nice to know that they have excellent servicing facilities if necessary. The design of this Precisionist model is absolutely stunning and the diamonds also look wonderful. The diameter is 46.5 mm which is a decent size and it sits well on the wrist. It has a modern sweeping second hand which I much prefer (rather than an old fashioned ticking movement) and after wearing it for over a month there's been no time loss or gain - it has kept absolutely perfect time. I'm very impressed with every aspect of this watch! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! AAA+++

Stunning - A Wonderful Gift, Well Packaged.
This timepiece is a statement piece. It wont go unnoticed as it is so stunning in person. My husband is trying to steal it for himself even though it does tend to lean more towards feminine looking with the fine chain band. It sits with a nice heft on the wrist - not too heavy but you can feel the solid quality. Love the anti-glare glass as I always find myself in a glare. This is my event watch when I care enough to not wear a smart watch and want to look amazing.

High quality Datejust alternative
This is little known watch, and Bulova is punching above their weight. A steal at $500. 1) Watch is 38mm in diameter and 44mm lug to lug making it perfect for smaller wrists. I'm a guy with a 6.25inch wrist size so the men's Bulova watches are too big for me and not a good match for my size, however this watch intended for woman is in reality unisex, and perfectly proportioned. It has a nice matte-gold finish and appears refined and not gaudy. The 6 diamonds are very tiny, and each are surrounded by a square mirror frame to have more reflection making the diamonds appear bigger from a distance--it looks nice from a distance, but when I look at it up close it makes me feel like they used a cheap trick to get more out of those tiny diamonds, which is a cost cutting measure. In the age of lab-grown diamonds, I would have preferred they used larger diamonds and avoided using the square mirror frames around them. I really like the textured honeycomb and circle dial which is supposed to represent the pattern of a microphone and vinyl record. The watch hands are supposed to represent drumsticks. This styling may not be for everyone, but I think it's really cool and unique. The watch is solid, feels and looks expensive, is not light, but isn't heavy either, the sapphire glass is nice, and the band is very comfortable. Excellent wrist presence due to the matte gold finish and the 1cm thickness. I really like the vault-like case with the corner screws going straight through the whole case, which gives it a very robust build and appearance. 2) Horological significance: this is not your everyday quartz watch, the Precisionist line is highly accurate with watch forums reporting a deviation of only 10-15 seconds per year, with some reporting even smaller deviations. The only ones I can think of currently off the top of my head that are more accurate are the Citizen Eco-Drive cal. 0100, Grand Seiko 9F, and Longines VHP--these are all great watches but the trade off is that they are much more expensive than this watch, AND they do NOT have a buttery smooth sweep like this Bulova. It has 16 beats per second! One of the reasons I love this watch is the smooth sweeping seconds hand: it's mesmerizing to look at, makes the watch look very expensive, and takes the positive aesthetic of automatic watches and merges it with the accuracy and reliability of quartz technology. 3) Excellent value. As mentioned, the robustness, the build quality, the comfort, the sweeping seconds hand, and accuracy are all plus points. It's also 100meter water resistent, so absolutely no worries when washing hands or showering, but personally this is too nice to be wearing in the shower or swimming; but you can with confidence. Bulova is a classic American watch company that is well known; I was first introduced to Bulova via the movie "L.A. Confidential", great movie. The only possible negatives for this watch: styling (which depends on your personal taste; I love it but some will not), the tiny diamonds set in a square reflective frame (looks cheap up close, but good from 1 foot or further away. Watch purists (watch snobs) may not like this because they may see Bulova as a "fashion brand" and not a true watch collector's brand, but you have to decide whether you are buying this for them or for you. I use it as my daily and I think it is perfect for that. I strongly recommend this watch for men or women with 5.75 inch wrists or larger, but if your wrist is any smaller you will be a part of the oversized watch trend, which is cool, but just fyi.
