Looking for something supportive and comfortable.** A: I thought it was comfortable in bare feet. Just be careful not to stub your toes on it. :-) (Disclaimer: I gave mine to a friend because it didn't work for me where I wanted it. I kept tripping on it.) **Q: Is it possible to rest you feet still on it? Do you feel supported and relax? Or you constantly need to rock your feet on it?** A: Yes, I mainly rest on it and only rock it when I actively think about it (well, not really rock - just put my feet at a different angle/stretch them) I do not think it is for everybody, but I think most people are more likely to prefer this than a fixed model. **Q: Do the wheels make noise(any noise) and make a feeling of sticky rolling when rolling on the track ?** A: Mine make a little bit of a sound. I wouldn't call it a a noise. And they don't feel sticky. But I imagine they would glide more smoothly if I put a little WD40 on the track or the wheels. **Q: how are you supposed to adjust the height?** A: Loosen the side knobs. Then pull them up or down to adjust the height of the black frame.
